Step 1 - Initial Charge via USB

1. Before first deployment, fully charge the case using the included USB cable and a wall adapter or computer USB port.
2. A full initial charge ensures maximum battery capacity before the solar panel takes over.
3. After the initial charge, the integrated solar panels will automatically trickle-charge the battery through sunlight - no further manual charging is required under normal outdoor conditions.

Step 2 - Insert Your GPS Tracker

1. Open the case and place your compatible GPS tracker inside the housing.
2. Connect the case’s power output to your GPS tracker’s charging port to keep it continuously powered.
3. Close and secure the case to protect the tracker from the elements.

Step 3 - Mount the Case

1. Choose a metal surface on your vehicle or asset where the magnetic base will hold securely - under a vehicle frame, trailer hitch, roof rack, or equipment housing are common locations.
2. Press the magnetic base firmly onto the metal surface. No tools, drilling, or adhesive required.
3. Confirm the case is stable and does not move when tested by hand.

Step 4 - Orient the Solar Panel

1. Position the case so the solar panel on the top of the case faces upward toward the sky for maximum sunlight exposure.
2. Avoid mounting in locations that are permanently shaded (under overhangs, inside enclosed spaces, or fully covered by bodywork).
3. The more direct sunlight the panel receives, the longer and more reliably it will sustain the battery charge.
