Step 1: Power & Storage

• Insert Memory: Insert the included 32GB MicroSD card into the hidden card slot on the device.
• Connect Power: Plug the provided USB cable into the clock and connect it to a wall outlet using a USB adapter.
• Charge First: For wireless use, let the device charge completely for 4-5 hours. We recommend keeping it plugged in for 24/7 continuous operation.

Step 2: Download the App

• Search App: Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Install: Download and install the free companion app specified in your included paper manual.
• Permissions: Allow the app to access your location and send notifications so you can receive motion alerts.

Step 3: Connect to the Camera's Hotspot

• Open Settings: Go to your smartphone's main Wi-Fi settings menu.
• Select Hotspot: Look for a unique, long wireless network name starting with a series of letters and numbers (this is the camera's direct signal).
• Connect: Select this network and connect to it. Note: Your phone might say "No Internet Available"—this is normal.

Step 4: Link to Your Home Wi-Fi

• Launch App: Open the companion mobile application. The camera should automatically appear as "Online" via the local link.
• Enter Settings: Tap the gear/settings icon next to the camera feed and select Wi-Fi Config or Network Settings.
• Select Network: Choose your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network from the list. Note: This device does not support 5GHz networks.
• Enter Password: Carefully type your home Wi-Fi password and tap save. The clock will reboot, and you can now view the live stream from anywhere in the world.

• No 5GHz Support: Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz network channel during setup.
